Believe it or not this is working for me. I was suffering from adrenal fatigue. My job is kind of demanding and I train aggressively. Averaging 20,000 steps a day. My symptoms subsided after taking this.

Seriously it keeps the weight off and definitely tightens the skin. I wouldn’t write this if I thought it was B.S. give it a couple of months but you will stay young. Kicks metabolism into overdrive.
